Aware Nutrition in Sweden has introduced its first set of beverages, and while the industry continues to keep its attention on the ever-growing and evolving category of energy drinks, this sports nutrition brand has gone for something more compact. As for Aware Nutrition’s other one of the two pre-workout shots, Pump Shot, which is clearly more about supporting muscle pumps, and that is reflected in its combination of ingredients. While PWO Shot looks to push energy, focus, pumps, and performance, Pump Shot has two main components to improve its title benefit. Those main drivers are 3g of citrulline malate and another 3g of GlycoPump glycerol, and with that versatility of two ingredients, this can stack nicely with PWO Shot, bumping you up to 7g of citrulline malate.
Aware Nutrition has always been relatively good and stepping out of its comfort zone in an effort to stand out in the crowded supplement market, and PWO Shot and Pump Shot keep that approach alive. As mentioned, many sports nutrition brands are going the caffeinated energy drink route, but instead, the Swedish brand opts for shots.
