Naughty Boy is promising a giant year here in 2024, boldly stating last week that it plans to launch at least 100 SKUs or items within the next 12 months. The two-time International Brand Of The Year winner already got some excitement going for that massive string of drops last month with the reveal of several completely new supplements. That hype continues into the first week of the New Year, where Naughty Boy has taken the covers off two nighttime competitors, introducing Sleep and Blackout.
The products are indeed similar but separate, with Naughty Boy Sleep intended for the majority of regions, while Blackout is for an international audience, as it contains an ingredient that isn’t allowed in many places, including the brand’s home market of the UK. Both supplements have the same intentions, aiming to help you get a better night’s sleep, leading to improved and enhanced rest and recovery through the night.
Naughty Boy Sleep is the product formulated for the UK, featuring 168mg of magnesium, 3g each of taurine, inositol, and glycine, 200mg each of theanine and apigenin, and 5mg of BioPerine black pepper for better absorption and efficacy. You then have Blackout, which again, is not for the UK, and has a similar set of ingredients with 140mg of magnesium, the same amount of inositol, glycine, apigenin, and BioPerine; however, instead of theanine or taurine, you get a 3g dose of the ever-reliable GABA.
It’s not often you see a supplement company design a separate version for the international market, especially turning it into two distinctively different products, but that is what Naughty Boy has done in Sleep and Blackout, both of which are rolling out to stores shortly. Sleep is hitting the market in two flavors, Blueberry Pineapple and Strawberry Mango, and the GABA-powered Blackout for outside of the UK, in just the one with Blueberry Pineapple, both packing the usual 30 servings in a full-size tub.
