GAAM Nutrition from Swedish retailer Proteinbolaget has put together an alternative format for its many fans and followers to take in their daily dose of strength, performance, and power-supporting creatine. The house brand already had bulk standalone creatine available, with a 300g tub of unflavored creatine bisglycinate and a larger 500g of traditional creatine monohydrate unflavored and flavored, now joining those is a version you can’t actually shake up and drink with GAAM Creatine Monohydrate Capsules.
The latest from Proteinbolaget and GAAM Nutrition is indeed a bottle of 90 capsules featuring only tried and true, creatine monohydrate, at 700mg a capsule. That works out to 30 servings at 2.1g a piece, 18 servings if you bump it up to 3.5g, or to get that full 5g, or close to it at 4.9g, you can take seven capsule servings, although that leaves just under 13 servings a bottle. The product is not as cost-effective as the bulk unflavored or flavored powder, but it’s available this month from Proteinbolaget at SEK 199 (19.06 USD).
