Live Evolved Construct is relatively close to a standalone creatine supplement, featuring a full 5g of creatine monohydrate per serving for muscle strength and power, which fans can lower to half or, more specifically, 2g on the days they use the pre-workout Catalyzer. To make the muscle-building product a bit more complex, the creatine has been paired with the rarely seen leucine metabolite HMB at a solid 3g a serving to further support muscle recovery and repair to complement the creatine.
Construct from Live Evolved is going to be straightforward and stackable, coming in unflavored powder for easier mixing with other supplements, including Catalyzer, the high-stimulant Phasic, or even the brand’s stimulant-free pump powerhouse Vessel. The price of the creatine and HMB product will be $34.95 for a tub of 30 servings to get you through a typical month, and you can currently pre-order it directly through Live Evolved’s online store, for shipping closer to the middle of December.
