The latest creation from the Canadian company is Sandwich Cookiez, and that name says it all, as the product is your traditional sandwich cookie but features No Sugar Co’s better-for-you approach.
No Sugar Company’s Sandwich Cookiez are two delicious chocolate cookies with a sweet cream sandwiched between them; the classic cookie sandwich format. However, as mentioned, the nutrition is far better than your typical sugar-filled treat. In two of the cookie sandwiches, you get a low 3g of protein, 19g of carbohydrates although absolutely none of that is sugar, and 1g is net carbs, 7g of fat, and a calorie count of 130.
When you compare that to the same weight of Oreo cookies, you can really see the difference as in 31g of Oreos, there is under a gram of protein, 22.79g of carbohydrates with 12.76g of that sugar, all added sugar, 6.38g of fat, and 146 calories. While the calories are relatively close, and so is the protein and fat, No Sugar Company’s Sandwich Cookiez make their point by having absolutely no sugar.
