Live Evolved just dropped its stimulant-free, pump-powering pre-workout Vessel, with creatine monohydrate also in the formula to support muscle strength, size, and power. It was an excellent addition to the growing brand as it had previously released a stimulant-powered pre-workout by the name of Pre, although quickly following the arrival of Vessel, that supplement is no longer available, and in its place has come Phasic.
Phasic is Live Evolved’s latest stimulant-backed pre-workout, which is not too different from its original competitor in the category in terms of ingredients, and it still provides a comprehensive blend of benefits. The product has a relatively even balance of compounds supporting increased energy, enhanced focus, better pumps, and a bit of help in the area of performance and endurance.
We’ve got the facts panel for Live Evolved’s all-new Phasic and second stimulant pre-workout in the image above, where you get 3.2g of beta-alanine and 2.5g of betaine for pumps and performance, like its original Pre, but a step up in citrulline with 6g of pure citrulline in place of 6g of citrulline malate, and a gram of agmatine for a touch more pump support.
While Live Evolved’s no-longer-available Pre had plenty to enhance energy and focus, Phasic brings a bit more to the plate, with 20% more alpha-GPC at 600mg and the addition of the proven gaming ingredient NooLVL at its full effective dose of 1.6g. Those two go alongside 200mg of theanine, 200mcg of huperzine A, and, of course, a solid source of caffeine with 400mg from anhydrous and Kaff2 di-caffeine malate.
Live Evolved has stepped up several areas for Phasic from its original competitor in the space, moving to more premium ingredients and respectable dosages but keeping just as much attention on each of the core pre-workout benefits. The brand’s newest supplement is in stock now and available for purchase from its website, where it costs the same as Pre at $47.95 for a tub of 20 servings in a watermelon candy flavor.
