The self-titled real food, no B.S. snack brand RXBar is no longer just its one signature product; it has many other clean, nutritious, and convenient foods on the market. There are variants of the RXBar in RXBar Plant, RXBar Minis, and the breakfast-suited RXBar AM, RX Nut Butter in single-serving sachets and bulk jars, and RX AM Oats, which are small pots of protein-packed oats in three morning-appropriate flavors.
To start the year 2023 strong, RXBar has introduced another clean, nutritious, and convenient food with RXBar Protein Granola. True to its name, the product is a bag of granola made with egg whites to give it a higher amount of protein compared to regular granola. In typical RXBar style, it has a simple set of ingredients, all listed on the front in almonds, peanuts, oats, a single date, and, as mentioned, egg whites.
RXBar is rolling out its RXBar Protein Granola in an Original option and two actual flavors with Chocolate and Peanut Butter. To give you an idea of the nutrition you’ll get from the product, a serving of the Chocolate has a respectable 10g of protein, 33g of carbohydrates, 12g of that sugar and 5g fiber, 13g of fat, and a calorie count of 270, once again, from clean ingredients like oats, almonds, peanuts, and egg whites.
While RXBar Protein Granola is beyond the brand’s typical bar space, it has done something in this area or at least close to before in the 2021-released RX Cereal. The crunchy new Protein Granola looks to be rolling out to stores and stockists shortly and will be on shelves in a 10.5oz bag, which is enough granola for five servings with the macros mentioned.
