For as long as we’ve known the hit functional food company Barebells, it has always launched products in its home country of Sweden, and they’ve ventured into other regions around the world from there. That changed last year when we got the first-ever Barebells Advent Calendar, exclusive to the UK, although that was filled with protein bars that all debuted, once again, in Sweden.
This week, for the first time ever, Barebells is launching a product outside of its home country, and it’s not a collection or bundle like the advent calendar but a completely new functional food. Barebells has put together another flavor for its incredibly delicious and number one-rated Barebells Protein Bar in Crispy Nougat, not to be confused with the tasty Hazelnut Nougat.
The Crispy Nougat Barebells Protein Bar features a smooth nougat body with hints of vanilla, crunchy wafer, pieces of roasted hazelnuts, and all wrapped in the brand’s unforgettably enjoyable chocolate. The product still has that signature Barebells Protein Bar nutrition profile in 20g of protein, 8.3g of fat, 16g of carbohydrates with only 1.6g of that sugar, and 204 calories.
Barebells is releasing its Crispy Nougat Barebells Protein Bar this week exclusively in the UK and Ireland, with no word on whether it’ll be going outside of that area and become available anywhere else. The delicious protein snack can be found in many different places in the region, including the likes of WH Smith, Amazon, and its own online store where boxes are £23.99.
