Crow combines candy watermelon and dragonfruit for its third flavor of Intrafast

Crow Nutrition Water Dragon Intrafast

Intrafast is one of the more intriguing supplements from sports nutrition brand Crow Nutrition, designed specifically as an intermittent fasting drink. The brand directs users to sip it throughout their fast to elevate energy thanks to its 400mg of combined caffeine — 250mg anhydrous and 150mg Infinergy — and enhance focus with a solid 600mg of alpha-GPC, theanine, and huperzine A.

Previously Crow Nutrition only had two flavors available for its intermittent fasting drink Intrafast, a menu that has just been bumped up to a total of three with the release of Water Dragon. The brand describes the uniquely named recipe as a combination of sweet watermelon candy and refreshing dragonfruit, and it’s available now through the brand’s website at $41.99 for a tub of 30 servings.
