Fans of Inspired may remember a few months ago, an all-new stimulant-free, pump-enhancing pre-workout was previewed by the name of Pumped AF, specifically for the Australian and New Zealand market. This is something we kind of got in the latest version of the stimulant-free pre-workout FSU, although not the original, which was more comprehensive with an even balance of ingredients for pumps, focus, and performance.
Pumped AF has finally made its way out to stores and stockists in Australia, including the likes of Muscle Maker, where the supplement is available at $68.20 (47.10 USD). Each tub of Inspired’s Pumped AF comes with 20 maximum servings and four flavor options; three actual flavors in Pink Pineapple, Grape Soda, and California Gold, and for those interested in stacking it with something, there is an unflavored option called Uncut.
With the roll-out of Pumped AF has, of course, come confirmation of what’s in the Inspired pump pre-workout, and it looks like it’ll deliver some intense muscle pumps. The brand has included the performance and endurance supporting beta-alanine at a full 3.2g per serving, although that is the only component in Pumped AF not powering better pumps.
The rest of the formula in Inspired’s Pumped AF includes a solid 6g of pure citrulline, 300mg each of pink Himalayan salt and pine bark, 2g of taurine, and to drive it home, a hefty amount of nitrates. In a full serving of Pumped AF you get 4g of premium NO3-T nitrates. That is broken up into 2g of arginine nitrate and 2g of creatine nitrate, so more nitrates than you get in the latest version of FSU, which has just arginine nitrate at 2g.
