Nutchup is the brand behind the self-titled functional product Nutchup, a nut butter that, instead of coming in a traditional jar, is packaged in an easy-to-serve squeeze bottle, like ketchup. The whole idea is to use Nutchup as you would sauce, adding all of the wholesome and nutritious goodness of peanut, cashew, and almond butter to your favorite food or meal.
Nutchup comes in a whole host of flavors, helping further that idea of using the product like sauce with options like Smoked BBQ, Sweet Chili, and Cinnamon. The brand also has several more dessert-style flavors, including Fudge, Mint Chocolate, and Chocolate Coconut. Now available alongside Nutchup’s original Nutchup is a similar sort of item that puts delicious nut butter in a bottle, but the macros have a different goal.
Ketonella is the latest from the European brand Nutchup, a keto-friendly nut butter featuring a rich and delicious chocolate and hazelnut taste, in the same squeeze bottle but with more keto-friendly macros. In a reasonable 30g serving of Ketonella, there is 2.7g of net carbohydrates, no added sugar, 13.6g of fat, 6.9g of protein, and 165 calories.
The ingredients in Nutchup’s Ketonella are relatively clean and nutritious with, of course, peanuts, hazelnuts, MCT oil, Himalayan pink salt, the low-calorie sweetener erythritol, and absolutely no palm oil. The product is actually cheaper than the brand’s Chocolate Nutchup nut butter at £5.15 (6.30 USD) over on Amazon, and it’s for the same size bottle weighing 435g.
