As you could probably guess by the name, the supplement is a mass gainer of sorts, although more on the leaner side as it’s not absolutely loaded with calories.
Chaos and Pain’s The Incredible Bulk is more of a high-carbohydrate protein powder than a mass gainer, with 24g of protein, half of that in carbohydrates at 12g with a third of that sugar, 6g of fat, and 170 calories. The macros come from all fairly typical ingredients, including a blend of whey, milk, and egg for the protein, MCTs, and creamer to thicken up the experience.
As mentioned, The Incredible Bulk does sound like a calorie-filled mass gainer; however, it is far from the usual nutrition profile of that type of supplement and keeps the carbohydrates more in line with a lean gainer.
