Chaos and Pain has launched a new set of protein powders under its Only Series of supplements featuring a handful of other health and wellness type products. The selection of protein powders is quite diverse, with Only Isolate, Only Whey, and Only Vegan, all of which are relatively self-explanatory based on the names, and they’re all reasonably priced.
Only Whey
Chaos and Pain’s Only Whey is a blend-style supplement packing 24g of protein per serving from a blend of whey concentrate and isolate, 2g of fat, 3g of carbohydrates with 2g of that sugar, and 130 calories. The product also has three flavors to choose from in the traditional tastes Chocolate Milkshake and Vanilla Milkshake, and a sweet Salted Caramel.
Only Isolate
Next is Only Isolate with a slightly higher 25g of protein, all from premium, lean, and fast-absorbing whey isolate, a gram each of carbohydrates and fat, and 110 calories. It’s similar to Only Whey but with that extra gram of protein and fewer calories, although it does only have two flavors in the common Chocolate Milkshake and Vanilla Milkshake.
Only Vegan
The third and final protein powder in Chaos and Pain’s Only Series is Only Vegan packing that typical plant-based amount of protein at 20g coming from pea isolate, brown rice, and quinoa. The other major macros are 6g of carbohydrates with 2g of that sugar, 3.5g of fat, and a calorie count of 130, and like Only Isolate, it has two flavors to choose from in Chocolate Milkshake and Vanilla Milkshake.
Where to buy
Chaos and Pain has all three of those Only Series protein powders through its website, and with that variety of sources, the prices are not the same. Only Isolate is the most expensive of the three at $49.99 for a tub of 31 servings, the blend formula Only Whey is $44.99 for a 28 serving tub, and Only Vegan is by far the cheapest at $29.99 for 28 servings.
