When it comes to protein powder and variety, those are two things Jordan Peters’ brand Trained By JP Nutrition is far from short on. The brand had four different supplements in the saturated category until this week, covering almost all bases. Trained By JP has the whey isolate-powered JP Whey ISO, the grass-fed isolate JP Whey ISO Pro, the whey concentrate formula JP Whey, and the plant-based JP Vegan Protein.
Jordan Peters and Trained By JP Nutrition have now released a fifth protein powder, separate again from any of those others, introducing Performance Protein. This one is the brand’s blend-style product, providing 21g of protein from a combination of whey concentrate and whey isolate. The rest of its macros are certainly not as lean as Trained By JP’s other proteins at 6g of carbohydrates, a gram of fat, and 118 calories.
The most impressive part about Trained By JP Nutrition’s Performance Protein is it’s hit the market in just under ten flavors with nine, including the likes of Chocolate Orange, Triple Chocolate, Strawberry Cheesecake, Chocolate Coconut, and Banoffee. Being a blend, Performance Protein is now the brand’s most cost-effective protein powder by a substantial margin, with a full-size 2kg (4.4lb) tub costing £44.99 (61.01 USD).
