In August, Apollon Nutrition confirmed it would be coming out with yet another improved version of its stimulant-free pump pre-workout Bare Knuckle, despite the most recent one releasing a few months earlier. Regardless of what brand you’re talking about, making changes and tweaks as frequently as Apollon does, is not easy to do, even more so when the supplement already features a solid formula.
The fourth version of Bare Knuckle is still a stimulant-free pre-workout primarily built to enhance pumps with a few ingredients to also support mental focus and now performance. One of the notable changes in the product is an additional full 3.2g of beta-alanine to help with performance and endurance. It is something that wasn’t in the previous Bare Knuckle and makes it a more balanced stimulant-free pre-workout solution.
Apollon Nutrition has changed up the pump-enhancing ingredients in Bare Knuckle as well, swapping out its 600mg Vaso6 for a solid 3g of premium NO3-T arginine nitrate. That goes alongside the many other pump-powering highlights in the pre-workout, including a hefty 8g of pure citrulline, 1.5g of agmatine, and 2.5g of betaine.
As mentioned, it’s small changes here and there for Apollon Nutrition’s stimulant-free pump pre-workout Bare Knuckle, but again to do things like this as frequently as the brand has, is not easy. More importantly, any supplement company doing stuff like this is rare and would draw a lot of attention, which has happened for Apollon, going from a growing name in 2020 to being well-established in the hardcore market in 2021.
Once again, Apollon Nutrition is planning to launch the latest iteration of its pump pre-workout, now officially named Bare Knuckle — not Hooligan Bare Knuckle — this coming Friday. You’ll be able to pick it up directly from the brand’s online store at the same price as the previous version of $59.95 for a tub of 20 full servings and in the two all-new flavor options, Strawberry Matcha Tea and Sour Apple.
