It turns out five new and limited edition flavors of the protein powder Whey Advanced Protein aren’t all the UK-based supplement company Per4m has been working on. The brand has passed on details on an entirely new upcoming product called Flow State, which will be its premier entry in the saturated and increasingly competitive pre-workout category.
Per4m Flow State takes the angle most pre-workouts do these days, featuring a blend of ingredients to support a comprehensive combination of benefits and effects. The formula doesn’t have a laundry list of ingredients, but enough to provide some support for energy, mental focus, pumps, and performance, and even something to help burn fat.
The biggest highlights in Flow State are its 5g of citrulline malate, a full 3.2g of beta-alanine, a gram of tyrosine, and a reasonable 300mg of the classic stimulant, caffeine. Taurine and the focus enhancing tyrosine are in there as well at a gram each per serving, plus bitter orange, mango leaf, and the much more common weight loss ingredient, grains of paradise.
Per4m’s fairly balanced and moderately dosed pre-workout is due to hit the market sometime soon, featuring 25 full servings per tub, and it’ll have a solid selection of flavors to start with Candy Blast, Blue Razz, and Tropical Orange.
