To go with what it promises to be the GOAT (greatest of all time) Black Friday sale, Myprotein has launched a new protein bar, although we don’t imagine this is the only item it’s dropping this week. The latest snack from the international brand is the Impact Bar, featuring a similar build to its previously released Carb Crusher and Grenade’s ever-popular Carb Killa Protein Bar.
Myprotein’s Impact Bar has arrived with several options to choose from on both the flavor side and purchasing. There are five flavors available for the protein snack: Dark Chocolate Mint, Dark Chocolate Sea Salt, Caramel Nut, Chocolate Orange, and Peanut Butter. You can purchase them in single bars at £2.49 a piece, packs of six at £14.99, and a large box of a dozen at £24.99.
The Impact Bar is a three-layer snack, featuring a denser, doughy base topped with tasty caramel, crispy and crunchy pieces, and a coat of chocolate all around the outside. The nutrition profile varies slightly from flavor to flavor, but in the likes of the Caramel Nut, you get 20g of protein, an equal 20g of carbohydrates, only 2g of sugar, 8.3g of fat, and a calorie count of 229.
The macros on Myprotein’s Impact Bar are fairly typical, in and around many other popular protein bars on the market with that 20g of protein and at least close to 220 calories. The product is available now through the brand’s main website in the handful of options mentioned earlier, and you can currently get 50% off using the code “BLACK”, cutting all of those prices in half.
