One of the many popular functional food companies out of Sweden in HealthyCo has released a new item this month that is quite different from its usual sauces, condiments, nut butter, and various chocolate treats. The brand has created and come out with the simply named “Pancake Mix”, for fans to efficiently make healthier pancakes in the comfort of their own home.
We’re not sure on the exact macros of HealthyCo’s Pancake Mix, as we can’t seem to find them on the brand’s website, although we do know a good amount about its formula. The product is said to be high in protein, so we have to imagine it’s got some sort of protein source infused, and it has no added sugar; two features that should give it a relatively clean nutrition profile.
