The fresh new additions to BPI Sports and Mike O’Hearn’s collaborative line of supplements, the Titan Series, have arrived this week, all of which were previewed a few weeks ago in February. For those that missed it, the brand and Mike O’Hearn have expanded their series with three products, a protein powder, a nighttime supplement, and a recovery formula.
OG Glutamine
With BPI Sports’ latest Titan Series products now available, we have full details on what’s in them, as in that initial preview, all we really got for each of them were their names. Firstly there is OG Glutamine, an extremely simple supplement featuring only glutamine at 2g in each of its four capsule servings, with a total of 22 servings in an entire bottle.
Titan Z’s
Next, you have the Titan Series Titan Z’s, a sleep and hormone support product featuring a little more than one ingredient like OG Glutamine. Titan Z’s has ten key components, although they’re all wrapped up in a non-transparent blend. That blend weighs 865mg and includes ashwagandha and the common sleep ingredients melatonin, tryptophan, and lemon balm.
ISO’Hearn Protein
The third and final new supplement for BPI Sports and Mike O’Hearn’s Titan Series is ISO’Hearn, a clean and lean, whey isolate-based protein powder packing 25g of protein per serving. As mentioned, the isolate formula gives the product a lean nutrition profile with that 25g of protein alongside half a gram of fat, a gram of carbohydrates, and 120 calories.
