Switch updates its pre-workout following Australia’s new rules rollout

switch nutrition revamps power switch

Following the recent rollout of the new rules and regulations in Australia regarding sport and nutrition supplements, Switch Nutrition has reformulated and relaunched its pre-workout Power Switch. Power Switch is one of the few products the reputable brand started with years ago, alongside Amino Switch, Keto Switch, Thermal Switch, and the convenient and effective Adrenal Switch.

There are some significant differences with the new version of Switch Nutrition’s pre-workout compared to its predecessor, including no more citrulline malate and beta-alanine for pumps and performance. Dynamine has also been removed, although while there are a lot of removals in the updated Power Switch, it still has plenty in there to support energy, focus, pumps, and performance.

The full formula in Switch Nutrition’s 2021 iteration of Power Switch includes b vitamins, a solid 320mg of caffeine, 400mg of tyrosine, and the increasingly popular EnXtra at 300mg for energy and focus. Alongside that is 3g of glycerol, 1.5g of creaitne HCl, 50mg of theobromine, 30mg of hordeum vulgare, and lastly, 300mg of Vaso6.

Switch Nutrition does promise a great flavor experience with its new Power Switch, something the Australian brand tends to deliver in almost all of its supplements. There are three to choose from in Red Raspberry, Peach Lemonade, and Mango Pineapple, all in stock and available through the Switch’s online store at $49.95 (38.02 USD) for a tub of 30 servings, or 15 if you want those full dosages mentioned.
