In the next few months, Brand Of The Year winner for 2020, Ghost, is coming out with a whole bunch of version two supplements. It is revamping one of its first two products in the pre-workout Ghost Legend. Its number one pump pre-workout Ghost Pump and what we consider the best creatine out there, Ghost Size, are also getting some sequel love.
To add to the excitement, we’ve got a small update to share on the changes coming to Ghost Size, including the fact that all of the main ingredients in the original are remaining, except for one. That means you’ll get 2.5g of betaine, 200mg of epicatechin, 2g of CarnoSyn branded beta-alanine, and 50mg of AstraGin to improve absorption.
Where the difference lies is in the creatine, as Ghost Size V2 will not feature a blend of creatines like its predecessor. It is going to have a full 5g of creatine from CreaPure creatine monohydrate, not 2.5g each of monohydrate and HCl. The original lifestyle supplement company has confirmed Senactiv, originally Actigin, is also being added, to further support muscle strength and size.
Once again, Ghost is looking to roll out Ghost Size V2 to around the same time as Ghost Legend V2 and Ghost Pump V2 in the coming months, with Pump V2 set to be the first one out. Ghost Legend and Size V2 will follow, which should make for an extremely exciting time as Legend, Pump, and Size are all mainstream category products.
