Late in 2019, there was mention of The Rock, Dwayne Johnson, coming out with a high-quality energy drink, said to be released in 2020. That didn’t end up playing out, although that wasn’t all too surprising considering everything that happened. One year on from that initial mention, there seems to be an update on the long-awaited beverage, and it certainly sounds like it’s worth the wait.
The Rock himself has shared a teaser for an exciting new beverage, saying that it’s something that’s been in the works for a year and a half. In the teaser, we see a run of cans on a production line, with a caption talking about three key factors ‘HEALTHY. POSITIVE. ENERGY.’ When you put everything together, all we can think of is that energy drink briefly talked about at the end of 2019.
A few details suggest that The Rock’s energy drink or whatever his upcoming beverage is, isn’t going to be a typical mix of caffeine, taurine, and ginseng. Those key factors of healthy, positive, energy, have us thinking there will be a healthier, cleaner energy angle. Also, in the video, The Rock has shared, you can see it’s coming in a more traditional 12oz can, as opposed to the taller, longer 16oz size more common in energy drinks.
At the moment, all we can do is speculate, although we aren’t going to be speculating for long. The Rock has said the full reveal and announcement for the potential energy drink or healthy, positive, energy beverage, is coming one week from today. The launch of whatever the product turns out to be isn’t far away either, with the exciting drink expected to be available somewhere in March.
