Pride is an all-new stimulant pre-workout from EHP Labs that makes the extremely bold claim of being the “King Of Preworkouts”. It is probably one of the best pre-workouts we’ve seen from the brand and comes loaded with reliable ingredients at solid dosages. The product aims to deliver a comprehensive experience, including increased energy, enhanced focus, improved pumps, and recovery support.
EHP Labs Pride does feature a respectable amount of active ingredients at 14.7g per serving, although it is worth noting a lot of that is taken up by the recovery supporting side of the supplement. The product includes a combined 5g of all nine EAAs, which is not something you see all that often in a pre-workout, and it takes up a third of the total amount of actives in Pride.
Alongside the full-spectrum of EAAs, EHP Labs Pride features a solid 5g of pure citrulline, a gram of betaine, and 1.5g of Nitrosigine to enhance muscle pumps. Then for mental focus, you get a gram of tyrosine, 100mg of SerinAid phosphatidylserine, half a gram of taurine, and 50mg of theobromine. Last but not least, Pride has 280mg of caffeine coming from five separate sources, and Advantra Z to increase energy.
As mentioned, Pride is the best pre-workout we’ve seen from EHP Labs for as long as we’ve been following it. The formula however doesn’t look all that worthy of the “King Of Preworkouts” claim, to us at least, as on paper, we don’t see it topping any of our top five pre-workouts. We’ll definitely do our best to get our hands on it and give it a try and find out first hand if the “King” claim plays out.
EHP Labs Pride is available starting this week through its online store that ships all over the world, including the US. The brand has priced the pre-workout right around other top competitors in the saturated category at $44.95 for a tub of 40 half servings or 20 full servings. There are also three flavors to choose from in Sour Green Apple, Blue Slushie, and Strawberry Snowcone.
