Popular UK brand PhD Nutrition has come out with another energy shot, separate but similar to the VMX2 Shot it already has on the market. The product is the PhD Charge Shot, and much like the VMX2 Shot, it features a variety of common pre-workout ingredients. The ingredients are also transparently dosed, so you know how much of everything you get in the compact 60ml drink.
PhD Nutrition’s Charge Shot includes 3g of beta-alanine to support performance and endurance, a gram each of arginine and citrulline, 300mg of Sustamine, and half a gram of taurine. Being a pre-workout shot, the brand has included a bunch of stimulating ingredients as well with 200mg of caffeine, and for focus, 250mg of alpha-GPC and 150mg of n-acetyl-l-tyrosine.
The Charge Shot is essentially a straightforward pre-workout supplement with the convenience of coming packed into a compact 60ml shot to enjoy wherever you go. PhD Nutrition has debuted the product in just two tastes to start with Blue Raspberry and Orange Mango, and is available now through its website at £12 (15.94 USD) for a pack of six shots, which is just £2 each.
