Due to the recent developments around in Las Vegas, where this year’s Mr. Olympia competition was due to take place next month, the organizers behind the event have decided to move it. It seems to have been too much of a risk to keep it in Las Vegas with talks of a lockdown in the city and crowd restrictions currently at 250 people.
The M.r Olympia is being moved to the other side of the country and is now going to go down in Orlando, Florida, at the Orange County Convention Center. The annual bodybuilding contest is still happening on the same days as planned for Las Vegas, from December 17th to the 20th, and the company is doing its best to help with refunds.
You can read all about what the Mr. Olympia is offering regarding refunds of tickets or reservations at Planet Hollywood, on its website. The goal of the changes seems to be to make it a top-level event, especially with the exciting lineup it has this year. There is also going to be a pay-per-view available for those that won’t be there in person.
