After a busy round one of this year’s Protein Wars, we are moving on to round two of the annual supplement showdown, and it is an intense, highly competitive lineup. We’ve taken the 16 most popular protein powders from the opening round of the Protein Wars, randomized their placings, and split them up into four groups of four.
Just like the first round, you can vote once per week, per group, in our Protein Wars quarterfinals, and we still require email verification for participating in each of those four groups. You don’t have to vote in each of them; you could just put your time into your favorite or one of the 16 remaining supplements you like the most.
The lineup for the quarterfinals is, as mentioned, quite intense, with a lot of big-name brands and protein powders in the running for this year’s title. Two-time winner Nutrabio Whey Protein Isolate has made it through as well as the reigning champion Ghost Whey and the legendary Gold Standard 100% Whey from Optimum Nutrition.
There are also a few up and comers or newer brands making a run for the Protein Wars crown, including RYSE’s popular Loaded Protein, Like A Pro from IFBB Pro Jeff Long, and Flow’s Protein Plus.
