BPI Sports has introduced an all-new version of one of its most well-known supplements in the amino Best BCAA, that takes a simpler and entirely transparent approach. The sequel to Best BCAA is Better Best BCAA, which is still a BCAA-based product. The key difference is that it relies on regular free form aminos, as opposed to the peptide linked BCAAs promoted by the original.
Each serving of BPI Sports Better Best BCAA packs 6g of BCAAs, at the usual 2:1:1 ratio, with 3g of leucine and 1.5g each of isoleucine and valine. The supplement also includes a handful of other ingredients, as you can see in its facts panel above. Alongside the BCAAs is a light one gram of citrulline malate, half a gram each of MCTs, aspartic acid, and malic acid, as well as a few other ingredients.
Better Best BCAA does come with the same amount of servings as its predecessor Best BCAA, but directly through BPI Sports’ website, it will cost you slightly more at $34.99. To start, the brand’s latest product doesn’t have any near as many flavors as Best BCAA with well over ten, instead it has just two to choose from in Watermelon Ice and Blue Raz.
