The frozen functional food company Enlightened has announced two new flavors for its creamy, keto-friendly ice cream pints, which are seasonal, so they’re only available for a limited time. Another interesting detail about the products is that like the mouthwatering Peanut Butter Cookie and Brownie Dough, the brand dropped in April, its latest efforts have once again been put together in partnership with Delish.
The tasty releases Enlightened and Delish we welcoming this week include a fitting fall flavor with Pumpkin Cheesecake, featuring pumpkin cheesecake ice cream and a cheese swirl throughout. The other one is a little more festive as well as a tad more interesting with Peppermint Brownie. The ice cream on this one is red and peppermint with rich brownie dough thrown in the mix as well as sweet chocolate chips.
Enlightened and Delish’s collaboration flavors come with a typical nutrition profile for keto-friendly ice cream with 8 to 12g of protein per pint, 4g of net carbohydrates, 52 to 68g of fat, and 600 to 760 calories. You can grab Pumpkin Cheesecake and Peppermint Brownie from stores such as HEB, Sprouts, Albertsons, and Safeway, as well as directly from the brand through its website at $56 for four pints of each flavor.
