BCAA Boost is a new supplement from Optimum Nutrition that currently only appears to be available in Australia and New Zealand. As its name suggests, BCAA Boost is a BCAA-based product featuring a solid dosage of its title ingredient to support muscle recovery. There are other features in the formula, although the BCAAs are intended to be the main attraction.
Each serving of Optimum Nutrition’s BCAA Boost comes with 8g of BCAAs at the usual 2:1:1 ratio, a blend of electrolytes to support hydration, and a very light one gram of pure citrulline. The supplement’s goal is to bring together ingredients for recovery and hydration, similar to the brand’s popular AmiNO Energy, although with a smaller variety of aminos and no caffeine.
As mentioned, BCAA Boost from Optimum Nutrition is now available in Australia and New Zealand. The product comes in three flavors with Watermelon Cooler, Grape Burst, and Mango Peach Wave, all packing the usual 30 servings per tub.
