Big Zone in Germany has come out with an all-new protein powder this week titled Four Tides or more officially IV Tides. The supplement gets its name from the fact that it combines four different sources of protein. It packs 22.3g of protein per serve, the majority of that coming from casein, with egg, milk, and whey being the other types of protein.
The rest of the nutrition profile making up Big Zone’s Four Tides includes 1.3g of carbohydrates, just 600mg of sugar, 1.8g of fat, and 113 calories. The supplement is available in the one 1kg bag size with a total of 33 servings, three intriguing pudding-themed flavors, and a cost of €29.90 (32.69 USD) through the brand’s retail partner Gigas Nutrition.
As for the flavors for the multi-source protein powder, according to Big Zone, they all provide a pudding-like experience, mostly due to it featuring a casein-heavy formula. The three options making up the menu of Four Tides are Chocolate Pudding, Vanilla Pudding, and the much more unique Cinnamon Rice Pudding.
