The legacy Australian brand Body Science is gearing up to release an all-new competitor for the always saturated and highly competitive Athlete Standard Whey Protein. It is a whey-based supplement, as the name suggests, providing 25g of protein per serve from a blend of whey concentrate, isolate, and hydrolyzed whey protein.
The other macros in Body Science’s Athlete Standard Whey Protein are quite lean with 3.2g of carbohydrates, 2.4g of sugar, 2.2g of fat, and 131 calories. The brand has also infused the product with a bunch of digestion and gut supporting ingredients, including Orafti inulin prebiotic fiber, LactoSpore probiotic, and the DigeZyme digestive enzyme blend.
Another area of focus for the upcoming Athlete Standard Whey Protein is flavor, with Body Science saying its an improved and more intense experience compared to the likes of its Ultra Whey protein powder. The supplement is going to hit the market with just two tastes to choose from, both of which are fairly traditional in Chocolate and Vanilla.
As mentioned, Body Science is looking to launch its new Athlete Standard Whey Protein sooner rather than later; in fact, it already has it listed on its website in anticipation of its arrival at a price of $64.95 (39.05 USD) for a 27 serving tub.
