A couple of weeks ago, the creative and healthy food company Real Good Foods, came out with yet another unique product in a superfood fueled pizza. It is a pizza where the crust is made with a blend of superfood ingredients including broccoli, mozzarella and parmesan cheese, avocado, peas, dried whole egg, almond flour, and kale.
As mentioned, Real Good Foods’ latest effort is indeed a one-of-a-kind product with a nutritious and keto-friendly pizza that is also completely grain and gluten-free. The brand’s Superfood Pizza comes as a plain crust with two per box to put together your own creation, or in a Truffle and Mushroom flavor featuring more cheese, onion and garlic powder, truffle oil, and mushrooms.
Like with many of Real Good Foods’ products, the nutrition profile on its Superfood Pizza is quite impressive. The crust itself provides 30g of protein, 21g of carbohydrates, just 6g of sugar with none of that added sugar, 42g of fat, and 600 calories. The Truffle and Mushroom flavor is of course, very different with 57g of protein, 72g of fat, 30g of carbs, and 1020 calories per pizza.
Not too long after Real Good Foods initially launched its Superfood Pizza, it completely sold out. For a product as unique as this, that’s not too surprising; however, the good news is, it’s going to be back soon. The brand has said it will return to its website later this month in the twin-pack plain version and Truffle and Mushroom flavor, both of which will cost you $9.99 each.
