The newest Fit Crunch product is precisely what it says it is, right in its name, with 35 servings of unflavored grass-fed, hydrolyzed collagen peptides. The brand has included its title ingredient at a dose of 17g per serving to provide the collagen’s usual support for healthy hair, skin, nails, and joint, as well as 15g of protein.
