Something we’ve seen a fair bit of from Bombbar and its spin-off functional brand Chikalab over the past couple of months is collagen-infused nut butter. The Russian brand introduced the concept with its coconut peanut butter Miss Chika and sea salted peanut butter Captain Peanut, which were followed by Choco Macho and its a mix of coconut and cashew butter.
To close out the year, Bombbar has released two more collagen nut butters in Mister Bomb and Senor Bomb. Both of the product’s are sugar-free and feature a mix of collagen and almond butter. The difference between the two is the same as the difference between Miss Chika and Captain Peanut, where Mister Bomb has added coconut and Senor Bomb has sea salt.
Through Bombbar and Chikalab’s Russian online store, its all-new almond butters are the most expensive items in its growing collagen-infused nut butter lineup. While the originals Miss Chika and Captain Peanut cost ₽270 (4.35 USD) each, and ₽300 (4.84 USD) for Choco Macho, Senor and Mister Bomb are ₽350 (5.64 USD) per 250g pot.
