Super Collagen Protein is the upcoming replacement for Obvi’s one and only supplement more simply known as Collagen Protein. The sequel to the brand’s original collagen powered protein powder is intended to be a more advanced product, hence the attachment of the word “Super” to the name.
The big change with Obvi’s Super Collagen Protein compared to its predecessor is that it’s now infused with a handful of additional ingredients. It still comes with grass-fed, hydrolyzed collagen peptides, although at a slightly higher amount with 10g per serving as opposed to the original’s 7.8g.
As for the new features in Super Collagen Protein, Obvi has added in calcium, iron, vitamin C and E, magnesium, and biotin. The upgraded formula aims to strengthen the health benefits of the supplement a bit further, including joint comfort and mobility, gut health, and support for healthy hair, skin, and nails.
Obvi plans on launching Super Collagen Protein next week on Wednesday the 4th of September. The product is going to have the same amount of servings per tub as the brand’s first release with 30. Despite all of the improvements Obvi has made, Super Collagen Protein will also be slightly cheaper at $39.99.
When it comes to flavors, Obvi’s more advanced collagen protein powder is set to be introduced in three different options. The Super Collagen Protein menu is going to include the original’s two cereal flavors in Fruity and Cinna Cereal, as well as an entirely new, but limited-time Cocoa Cereal.
