Lit AF is Beyond Raw Labs’ more advanced pre-workout supplement compared to its original competitor for the category simply named Lit. The new product features a lot of the same ingredients as the regular version alongside a number of other features to give it a more complete and well-rounded pre-workout experience.
Formula wise, Beyond Raw Labs Lit AF includes 150mg of alpha-GPC to help with focus and 50mg more caffeine than the original Lit at 300mg per serving, for increased energy. That caffeine also isn’t just regular caffeine anhydrous; it is from a blend of 250mg of immediate release caffeine and 50mg extended release ZumXR caffeine.
To go with the energy and focus of Lit AF, Beyond Raw Labs has thrown in seven other active ingredients to support performance, strength, and endurance, as well as provide better muscle pumps.
There is a hefty 8g of citrulline malate at a 2:1 citrulline to malic acid ratio, a gram of taurine, and 2g of the tried and true creatine monohydrate. There is also a bunch branded ingredients including 3.2g of CarnoSyn beta-alanine, 2.5g of BetaPower betaine, 1.5g of Nitrosigine, and lastly, 400mg of the performance enhancer Peak ATP.
When it comes to flavors, like a lot of its other supplements, Beyond Raw Labs has put together a nice selection of creative and sweet sounding options. Lit AF comes in a total of four flavors including Lemon Ice, and three more unique creations from the regular Lit menu with Icy Fireworks, Sweet and Tart, and Gummy Worm.
You can purchase the all-new Beyond Raw Labs Lit AF now from GNC’s online store for just a little more than Lit at $44.99 for a full-size tub. While the two pre-workouts are quite close in price, you don’t get as many servings per tub from Lit AF with 20, although that’s not too surprising based on how much more complex its formula is.
