Rich Piana’s 5% Nutrition has dropped an all-new supplement this week named Liquid L-Carnitine 3150, which is of course, a liquid carnitine formula. The brand made the product a little more complicated than just carnitine in liquid form, giving it multiple types of carnitine and one other ingredient.
5% Nutrition Liquid L-Carnitine 3150 is similar to a couple of other carnitine supplements we’ve seen and combines a handful of different forms of carnitine and gamma-butyrobetaine ethyl ester, better known as GBB. The GBB is dosed at reasonable 25mg in each of the product’s 32 servings.
As for the carnitine side of 5% Nutrition’s new Liquid L-Carnitine 3150, it explains almost all of that in its name. The supplement comes with a combined 3,150mg of carnitine per serving from four different types of carnitine in regular, tartrate, acetyl-l-carnitine, and glycine propionyl-l-carnitine.
