The vegan-friendly product has a body loaded with mildly salty peanuts and not too surprisingly, they play a major role in the taste. The peanuts also give the protein snack a nice, easy to eat density that your teeth seemlessly bite into.
As mentioned earlier, there is a chocolate side to the Carb Killa Go Nuts, however, it is nothing like the sweet chocolate you get in the regular Carb Killa. The Go Nuts chocolate has more of a fudge brownie type taste and texture to it, which only seems to add density and a touch of chocolate flavor, but compliments the peanuts really well.
The mix of chocolate and peanuts in Carb Killa Go Nuts creates quite the experience that reminds us a lot of a traditional nut bar with a smoother consistency. We’d probably say the overall flavor is half chocolate and half peanuts, although that fudge brownie like chocolate is the flavor that hangs around in your mouth after each bite.
