Just weeks after being introduced to Mountain Joe’s true rocky road style protein bar, Myprotein has come out with its own protein infused block of rocky road. The product is named Protein Rocky Road, and it looks like quite a delicious protein snack.
Myprotein’s latest protein product features a solid chocolate body filled with chewy marshmallows. Throughout Protein Rocky Road there also appears to be a lot of crispy pieces, that’ll no doubt add an enjoyable consistency to the rocky road style protein bar.
Each bar of Protein Rocky Road provides a nice 12g of protein, 23g of carbohydrates with 8.5g of that sugar, 10g of fat (7.5g saturated), for a total of 209 calories. As you can see, it packs around the same amount of calories as most other bars, but with slightly less protein, although that does usually mean the taste will be on point.
