The retail giant Amazon, has given you another reason to sign up or stay signed up to its Prime membership program. The latest perk for members is to do with Prime Pantry designed to get low-cost essentials delivered to your home such as grocery and household items, as well as nutrition products.
Previously, Prime Pantry orders would cost you $5.99 for each order shipped that totaled over $40. Starting yesterday, Prime Pantry has evolved into a subscription service where you pay just $4.99 per month for free shipping on all Prime Pantry orders over $40.
For those that don’t subscribe or top that $40 minimum, you’ll be looking to pay a new price of $7.99 per Prime Pantry order. There is also a promotion running right now where you get a free 30-day trial of Prime Pantry, and $5 off your first order when using the coupon code “PANTRY5”.
You can read the full story over at Windows Central, and if you’re interested in the new Prime Pantry service you can sign up at amazon.com. It is also worth mentioning that the Prime Pantry subscription is only available to Amazon Prime members and the cost is on top of your Prime membership price.
