Last year the Australian supplement company Switch Nutrition burst out onto the scene with a well put together and somewhat unique line of products. We did get the chance to actually review a few of the products and found them to be quite impressive, including the brand’s pre-workout Power Switch and relaxation formula Adrenal Switch.
New Power Switch
Switch Nutrition has now made its first big announcement for the year, confirming that its pre-workout Power Switch has been reformulated. The supplement does still appear to be aiming for the same kind of experience as the original, featuring ingredients for energy, focus, performance, and pumps.
There haven’t been too many changes made to Power Switch, although the few that have been made are relatively major. Overall there are about four main differences to the new version of the pre-workout, most of them coming in Power Switch’s energy and focus blend.
Dynamine instead of DMHA
Everything in the Switch Nutrition pre-workout is the same except for its creatine, caffeine, DMHA, and juniper. Firstly, Power Switch no longer features creatine of any sort, with the Australian brand replacing it with the pump enhancing ingredient, Vaso6.
DMHA and juniper have been completely removed from Power Switch as well, and in their place is Dynamine, an exciting new stimulant from the team behind TeaCrine. The ingredient promises to help the pre-workout with increased energy, alertness, drive, and mind to muscle connection. Lastly, you have caffeine, which is obviously still in the product but increased from 320mg to 350mg.
Arriving soon
Switch Nutrition is hoping to have its all-new, DMHA free Power Switch ready and available in the coming weeks. It will, of course, be arriving in Australia before anywhere else and is also set to be the first Dynamine containing supplement we’ve seen hit the market.
