The UK company Efectiv Nutrition has launched a new strength and conditioning formula called Power. Despite sounding like one, the new Efectiv Power is not a pre-workout, it’s actually a daily product taken like you would most creatines.
What it’s for
The latest supplement from Efectiv Nutrition promises a lot of strength and endurance benefits. Its list includes enhanced strength and power output, lean muscle growth, and increased time to fatigue. The ingredients in this one may also look a little familiar, mostly because to us they are very familiar.
Like Ghost Size
It turns out the formula behind Efectiv Nutrition Power is almost identical to that of Ghost Size. That is the product we had the good fortune of reviewing last year and not only found to be extremely effective but called it the next evolution in creatine.
Ingredients
The combination of ingredients in Efectiv Power is 5g of creatine monohydrate, 2.5g of betaine, 1.8g of beta-alanine, and 286mg of green tea providing 200mg of epicatechin. Ghost Size on the other hand also has 5g of creatine from a mix of monohydrate and creatine HCl, the same amount of betaine and epicatechin, and 2g of beta-alanine.
There are a few other ingredients rounding out the Efectiv Power formula with 50mg of astragalus, 75mg of panax ginseng, and 30mg of resveratrol. Astragalus and panax ginseng are in fact in Ghost Size as well, although in the form of the branded AstraGin at 50mg per serving. The Power formula does look good; it’s just a little disappointing that it’s so similar to another supplement.

Efectiv Nutrition’s new strength product Power, is now available through its own website at £29.99 for a 30 serving tub. That is around the same price as Ghost Size which is available direct from the brand at $39.99 (USD), also for a full 30 serving tub.
