Our favorite Italian supplement company 4+ Nutrition has been on a bit of a functional food and snack roll as of late. Since August we’ve seen four entirely new products from the brand, three of those being delicious looking snacks, and that’s aside from its handful of low-calorie syrups and sauces.
Today the story is thankfully no different with 4+ Nutrition, as it’s introducing yet another delicious looking snack with the 4+ Protein Brownie. As the name suggests, the new release is a box of protein packed brownies, with a total of five brownies in each box.
A single 4+ Protein Brownie weighs in at 60g and provides a healthy 20g of protein from milk and pea protein, 18g of carbohydrates with 3.5g of that sugar, 7.1g of fiber, and 6.6g of fat (2.6g saturated). Its calorie total sits at 226, giving it a typical protein bar nutrition profile but in brownie form.
