The innovative Grenade has done it again, putting together what looks to be yet another incredibly delicious protein product, inspired by its unbeatable Carb Killa protein bar. The latest from the UK company is what it calls a bar in a jar, with Carb Killa Protein Spread.

As you could probably tell from its title, Grenade’s new Carb Killa Protein Spread is a mouthwatering spread featuring a bit of extra protein. Fans of the brand can spread it across a variety of foods, or of course, eat it straight out of the jar. Grenade also promotes its spread as significantly better than other options on the market, saying it has “87% less sugar vs leading chocolate spread brands.”

The macros behind the Carb Killa Protein Spread are all about the same across its various flavors. Regardless of which one you go with, per 33g serving they all pack 7g of protein from whey concentrate. The other important nutrition numbers are between 11 to 14g of carbohydrates with 1.8 to 2g of that sugar, 13g of fat (3g saturated), less than a gram of fiber, and 170 to 176 calories.
