The always growing Italian supplement company 4+ Nutrition has added another creative snack to its lineup this week. Like a lot of the brand’s products, its latest does explain itself in its name with the title 4+ Protein Pudding.
The new release is exactly that, a protein-packed pudding that comes in boxes with four 125g pudding pots. Each pot has exactly 100 calories coming from a strong 14.4g of milk powered protein, 2.3g of carbohydrates with only 1.4g of that sugar, 4.1g of fiber, and 2.8g of fat (1.5g saturated).
Overall the macros in the supplement aren’t too bad, in fact, they’re better than your typical bar. A good comparison would be two pots of 4+ Nutrition’s Protein Pudding, as that gets you 28.8g of protein for 200 calories, whereas most bars have around 200 calories but only 20g of protein.
Currently, the new 4+ Nutrition snack comes in two different flavors with Chocolate and Vanilla. It is also now available for purchase through the brand’s Italian website 4plusnutrition.com, priced at €12 for a four-pot pack.
