Nutrex swaps BCAAs for an amino blend in its updated Postlift

Postlift

Yesterday we posted about a preview of a new flavor for Nutrex’s Clinical Edge Series post-workout supplement Postlift. We mentioned that it did look like the brand might have altered the product a bit for the new flavor, which we can now confirm is indeed the case.

Nutrex has revealed that it has reformulated Postlift, making many changes to the formula including ingredient decreases, additions, and removals. Despite all the alterations, the supplement still intends to help with growth and recovery after your workout.

There is quite a list of differences when you compare the original Postlift to the new 2017 version. We’ll start with the biggest change of them all which is that Nutrex has swapped out the product’s 10g of BCAAs for a 6g blend of aminos, with 3.3g of that being BCAAs.

In terms of removed ingredients, Postlift no longer features HICA or carnitine l-tartrate. As for the ingredients that have remained, glutamine has dropped from 5g to 3, Cluster Dextrin HBCD is 20% less at 20g, and betaine and taurine are the same at 2.5g and 2g per serving.

The updated Postlift is now listed on Nutrex’s website and does appear to be available for purchase. As mentioned yesterday the supplement comes in a new Strawberry flavor and apparently Blackberry Lemonade as well, with the same 20 servings per tub. The brand’s direct price on the 2017 Postlift is $49.95, which is the same amount it’s currently charging for the original.
