Nutrakey’s long awaited pre-workout supplement TruPre is finally here, and as expected it is a fully loaded formula. Previously we could only confirm a few of the product’s ingredients and doses, but it was enough to give us an idea of what kind of pre-workout TruPre would be.
All the usual effects
Like a lot of new pre-workouts lately, Nutrakey’s latest entry into the very competitive category is a complete experience with transparently dosed ingredients for all of the usual effects. It has features for enhanced muscle pumps, stimulants for energy and focus, and ingredients for boosting performance, endurance, and recovery.
TruPre loaded formula
Nutrakey promotes TruPre as having 13 clinically dosed pre-workout ingredients, or 11 if you don’t like counting the three BCAAs individually. To boost performance the supplement features 3.2g of beta-alanine, 1.5g of betaine, and a gram of taurine. It then has 6g of citrulline malate and 1.5g of HydroMax glycerol for pumps, and a solid 6g of BCAAs at the usual 2:1:1 ratio for recovery.
Rounding out the TruPre combination are all of its energy and focus ingredients with half a gram each of n-acetyl-l-tyrosine and choline bitartrate, 350mg of caffeine, and 50mcg of huperzine A. There is also the commonly used black pepper at 5mg per serving to enhance absorption of the entire formula.
Available now in 4 flavors
Nutrakey’s new pre-workout comes in a total of four delicious sounding flavors, all of which were confirmed late last month. Those options are Tahitian Fruit Punch and the candy recipes Sour Gummy Worms, Blue Rock Candy, and the seemingly Skittles-inspired Rainbow.
According to Nutrakey’s website TruPre should be available today, as if you currently check out the pre-workout’s product page you see the words “Available July 12th”, which is of course today. That could mean stock may be coming later this evening, but it does look like that’ll be the place to go if you want to be one of the first to purchase the supplement.
