The legendary Muscle Beach located in Venice, California, now has a supplement company to go with it. The name of the brand is simply Muscle Beach Nutrition, which is intended to be a reflection of the lifestyle and culture of the iconic location, often referred to as the birthplace of physical fitness.
Pre-workout Pre-Train
Muscle Beach Nutrition has started things out with three different supplements, all competing in relatively mainstream categories. Up first you have the brand’s pre-workout Pre-Train promoting a combination of increased energy, endurance, performance, pumps, and strength. Backing all of that up is a 100% transparent formula featuring highlights such as 4g of pure citrulline, 1.5g of NO3-T arginine nitrate, 300mg of caffeine, and 2.5g of betaine.

CRTN-3 and All-Pro
The other Muscle Beach Nutrition products include the strength and size creatine formula CRTN-3, which is made up of three different types of creatine, and added electrolytes for hydration. Lastly is the brand’s fully transparent protein powder 100% All-Pro, that also packs an enzyme matrix to help with digestion. Each serving of the supplement provides 24g of protein, evenly split between 8g each of whey isolate, concentrate, and micellar casein, with 3g of carbohydrates (1g sugar), 3g of fat (1g saturated), for a total of 140 calories.

Plenty of flavors
Despite being an all-new brand, Muscle Beach Nutrition isn’t short on flavors for any of its products. All of them have four flavors to choose from with Pre-Train’s 45 serving tubs in Tigers Blood, Fruit Infusion, Blue Razz, and Mango Maniac, and CRTN-3’s 25 serving tubs in Fruit Blast, Green Apple, Orange Wave, and Unflavored. You then have the protein All-Pro available in Chocolate, Cookies ‘N Cream, Vanilla, and Peanut Butter Cookie, all coming in 2 and 4lb tubs.
Exclusive availability
When it comes to availability of Muscle Beach Nutrition, the line is in fact already out on the market. At the moment, however, there is just one place you can get Pre-Train, CRTN-3, and All-Pro and that is none other than Muscle Beach itself. There is now a physical store located there that sells only Muscle Beach supplements. The brand’s website and Bodybuilding.com are eventually going to have the line available, but for now, it is just the brand’s flagship retail location at Muscle Beach in California.
