When Ronnie Coleman Signature Series unveiled its massive new Vital Edition line of 11 different basic products, we mentioned that all of them had relatively straightforward formulas. The only one that apparently wasn’t so simple is the Vital Edition pre-workout Pre XS, which today we have a complete look at its label to share with you.
Complex but basic
While Ronnie Coleman’s Pre XS is a part of the basic Vital Edition series, its formula is just as complicated as your average pre-workout competitor. The main effect the product promotes is extreme energy, however, its combination of ingredients will surely deliver a lot more than that with things like increased focus and performance.
Pre XS brings together a mix of seven main ingredients starting with the endurance and performance booster CarnoSyn beta-alanine at 3.2g per maximum serving. You then have the pump enhancer citrulline malate at two grams, providing around a gram of citrulline, and the energy and focus features 550mg of choline bitartrate, 250mg of n-acetyl-l-tyrosine, 200mg of caffeine, 25mg of TeaCrine, and 5mg of BioPerine black pepper.
Value and availability
It is worth mentioning again that Pre XS is a part of Ronnie Coleman’s new Vital Edition line, and even though it’s not a basic formula like the others, it will likely be just as cost-effective. Value is one of the primary ideas behind the series, so while you may not be overly impressed with the Pre XS formula compared to some of the bigger dose pre-workouts out there. Do keep in mind it is a beginner style supplement and that its price point will be quite competitive between $19.99 and $24.99.
Currently, the Vital Edition series is slowly making its way out to retailers, with Pre XS being one of the many products in the line that is not yet available. When it does eventually hit shelves, it’ll have the one 30 serving or maximum 15 serving size to choose from and three different flavors.
