Last week we got a look at Condemned Labz new and improved pre-workout supplement Convict Elite, which has a lot of things different compared to the original. This week we’ve got another detailed look at one of the brand’s updated products with the BCAA sequel, Confined Elite.
Much like with the comparison between Convict and Convict Elite. Condemned Labz new Confined Elite has dropped an ingredient that was in the original, as well as added in a new one, and changed the doses of some others.
Condemned Labz Confined Elite still has seven main ingredients and a blend of electrolytes, however only six of those seven are from the previous version of Confined. The switch is with the gram of arginine AKG, which has been removed and replaced by 100mg of tryptophan.
The rest of the Confined Elite formula is all from its predecessor with BCAAs, HICA, HMB, and Sustamine glutamine. As mentioned, however, there are some dose changes, with the HICA having 250mg less at half a gram per serving, and the HMB also losing a third at a gram per serving.
Despite the few modifications to the formula, Condemned Labz Confined Elite still promises a combination of useful effects including recovery, replenishment, and hydration. The brand already has the updated Confined available for purchase on its website for the same price as its predecessor at $39.99 for a full 25 serving tub.
